In Front Office Management

This course provides a systematic approach to hotel front office procedures. It’s also a six months course. Students should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of current front office operating system, including efficient and courteous guest services.

This course aims at equipping the students with the necessary skills to work in a non-automated, semi-automated and automated system of a Front Office in hotels.

  • Preparing Guest Weekly Bills

  • Related guest services.

Entry Requirements:

Minimum S. S. C. / O’ Level

 

Duration:

6 months.
