Hotel & Restaurant Management

In this program, this focus will be on the practical aspects of hospitality service. Student will also be instructed in mix logy, wines, customer service, hotel services and menu planning and design. This certificate program has been designed so that students develop and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce and to perform their roles as front line service providers in the hospitality industry.

Graduates may find employment in any area of the lodging industry. Graduates are working in front office positions, catering, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets and entry level management positions in resorts, cruise lines, famous player’s theatres and many others.

Entry Requirements:

 

  1. H.S.C/A Level/GED/Equivalent.

  2. Minimum CGPA 2.5 or 45% Marks (H.S.C & S.S.C)

  3. For International Student: Year 12 Senior High School Qualifications or Equivalent.

  4. Degree pass student can apply.
